About Pindoo Create

For us, fuse beads are more than craft materials. They sit somewhere between pixel art, puzzles and hands-on creation. Every bead represents one small piece of a larger image. You choose a pattern, find the right colors, place the beads one by one and gradually watch the artwork come to life. That process is what we love.

Our fuse bead kits are designed to make that experience easier to start and more enjoyable to complete. We carefully combine patterns, matching bead colors, pegboards and useful tools so creators can spend less time preparing and more time creating.

For people who prefer to design freely, we also offer individual fuse bead tools, pegboards and bead colors, allowing creators to build their own collection and develop completely original projects.

Our designs draw inspiration from art, travel, nature, everyday objects and visual culture. Some are simple. Some are detailed. But they all begin with the same idea: Create it, piece by piece.

Creativity should not stop with the products we sell. That is why we created the Pindoo Creator Hub — a free creative platform for people interested in fuse beads and pixel art.

Turn Images into Pixel Art

Our free pixel art generator helps transform images into simplified pixel artwork that can be used as inspiration for fuse bead projects. Instead of manually rebuilding an image square by square, creators can experiment with different resolutions, colors and layouts before starting their physical project.

Create Your Own Fuse Bead Patterns

Creator Hub also includes drawing and design tools for creating your own pixel art and fuse bead patterns from scratch. Experiment with colors. Adjust individual pixels. Develop an idea digitally before placing the first bead. Our goal is to make the journey from an image or idea to a real fuse bead artwork as simple as possible.

Share, Discuss and Find Inspiration

Creator Hub is also becoming a free creative community. A place where creators can share their fuse bead projects, exchange ideas, discuss techniques, ask questions and discover inspiration from other makers.

You do not need to purchase anything from Pindoo to use the community. We believe creative tools and knowledge become more valuable when people can share them. Create. Experiment. Share. Inspire.

Pindoo Create is built by five core team members working across technology, marketing, sourcing, sales and customer support. Before becoming business partners, we were university classmates.

The idea for Pindoo started unexpectedly during a university course. While working together on a case study about products, communities and cultural trends, we discovered something interesting. Although we came from different parts of the world and grew up with different experiences, all five of us had played with fuse beads at some point in our lives.

Some of us knew them through Hama Beads. Others encountered similar fuse bead crafts through completely different brands and communities. Yet the experience was surprisingly familiar: the patterns, the rows of colors, carefully placing beads one by one, and finally seeing a complete picture appear.

We also realised that fuse beads had repeatedly created their own cultural waves and creative communities in different countries. That conversation gradually became a question: What would a fuse bead brand look like if it were designed from the perspective of the players themselves?

So we started experimenting. We contacted manufacturers from different parts of the world and compared different fuse beads, materials and production methods. We tested bead shape, dimensions, color consistency, ironing behaviour and overall manufacturing quality, while reviewing the available safety and material documentation from potential suppliers. After repeated testing and comparison, we selected manufacturing partners that best matched our requirements for quality, consistency and safety.

But sourcing beads was only the beginning. We started developing our own product combinations, tools, patterns, packaging, visual identity and digital creative tools. What started as a university conversation gradually became Pindoo Create. And we are still building it.

We Are Fuse Bead Players Too

One of the most important things about Pindoo is simple: we actually enjoy playing with fuse beads ourselves. We understand what it feels like when two bead colors are almost impossible to distinguish. We know how frustrating inconsistent bead sizes can be.

We know the satisfaction of finally finishing a large fuse bead pattern after placing hundreds — or thousands — of individual beads. And we know that sometimes a tiny tool or small change in workflow can make the whole experience much better. That experience influences how we choose our products and how we design new ones.

When we develop something, we do not only ask: “Will people buy this?” We also ask: “Would we actually want to use this ourselves?”

We Listen to Players

Being a small team allows us to stay close to the people using our products. When someone contacts Pindoo through our website, Instagram, TikTok or another channel, the person replying may also be directly involved in product development, sourcing, technology or running the business.

That means feedback does not have to travel through layers of departments before reaching someone who can act on it. We try to respond quickly, understand the problem and find a practical solution.

And you do not have to be a Pindoo customer. If you simply have a question about fuse beads, need help with a pattern or want a tip about a project, we are still happy to share what we know. Because before Pindoo became a business, fuse beads were already something we enjoyed.

We Build With Our Community

We collect the suggestions, questions and problems people send us. Then we bring them back to the team. We discuss what could be improved, what should be changed and what we should build next.

Sometimes that means improving our packaging. Sometimes it means changing a tool. Sometimes it becomes a new fuse bead pattern. Sometimes it becomes a feature inside Creator Hub. And sometimes one small comment from a creator changes the way we think about an entire product.

We want to keep that relationship even as Pindoo grows. Because we do not want to become a company that simply sells products to fuse bead players. We want to build Pindoo with fuse bead players. We play. We listen. We share. We improve.
