2. Products

Pindoo Create sells creative bead puzzle kits, fuse beads, tools, accessories, pattern-related products, and other craft supplies. Product photos, colours, descriptions, dimensions, quantities, materials, prices, availability, and delivery information are shown on the product page and at checkout.

We try to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, production batches, or photography. Small parts should be handled carefully and kept away from young children unless the product information states otherwise.

3. Orders

Please check your cart, selected variants, shipping address, contact details, and order total before completing payment. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We may refuse, cancel, or adjust an order where there is an obvious error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, incorrect customer information, delivery restrictions, or another valid reason. If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled, we will refund the relevant amount where required.

4. Prices, VAT, and Payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping fees, discounts, taxes, and the final total are shown before you complete checkout.

Orders must be paid through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on this website. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and the payment providers available in checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, processing time, carrier information, delivery estimates, customs information, delayed parcels, and returned parcels are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, local delivery conditions, or events outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Consumer withdrawal rights, return conditions, non-returnable items, return shipping costs, damaged items, incorrect items, missing parts, refunds, and cancellations are explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Because many of our products contain small parts, individually packed bead bags, tools, pattern sheets, labels, and other components, returned items may need to be complete, unused, and suitable for resale where legally permitted.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, billing, and shipping information. You are also responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for your intended use before opening or using it.

DIY bead projects may involve small parts, heat, ironing, tools, or adult supervision depending on the product and project. Please follow product instructions and use craft materials responsibly.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, sale prices, free shipping offers, bundles, discount codes, and coupons may be subject to additional conditions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined, and may be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website, product images, product descriptions, graphics, patterns, logos, text, layout, and other content are owned by Pindoo Create or used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

You may use this website for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, use automated scraping tools, or use the website for unlawful or misleading purposes.

11. Availability and Errors

We aim to keep product information, prices, stock, and website content accurate. However, errors, omissions, temporary unavailability, or technical issues may occur. We may correct errors and update information where needed.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pindoo Create is not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or damage caused by misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, third-party services, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

We process personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information needed to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide customer support, and improve our services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version available on this page applies when you use the website or place an order, unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
